We would like to inform you that on 09.05.2024, between 22:00 - 02:00 (10.05.2024) CEST, we will perform maintenance on the Daktela cloud infrastructure. We urgently need to replace some core switches with newly configured ones. These switches have been the cause of several infrastructure incidents you have experienced over the past few months. We have reported earlier that we have identified the root cause and that the replacement with new hardware is necessary.
During this maintenance window, you may experience some short interruptions to your services, typically up to 10 seconds. This may result in call clarity issues or dropped calls, as well as the unavailability of the Daktela GUI.
The technicians will update the status page as soon as the maintenance is completed. We do not anticipate any problems during this task. In the event of any unforeseen problems, the new hardware will be disconnected and we will revert to the original setup. In this case, the maintenance will be rescheduled and we will inform you.
