    Dear customers.

    We would like to inform you that on 6. February 2024, between 22:00 - 23:30 CET, we will perform maintenance on the Daktela cloud infrastructure. To avoid stability issues with our webRTC engine and GUI accessibility when customer devices change the IP address, we need to perform a software update. You may experience a short interruption of your services for up to 1 minute. During this maintenance window, calls from webRTC devices may be dropped, and access to the Daktela instance GUI may be interrupted.

    If you experience problems with your webRTC device after the maintenance window has closed. We recommend switching your webRTC device off and on again.
