Daktela - Partial outage of Daktela Internal services – Detalji prekida

This incident has been resolved. All services are fully operational.

Once the investigation was complete, the affected proxy service was restarted and the connection was gradually renewed for customers' devices. The ability to make and receive calls was restored. The engineers monitored the service for a while.

An internal investigation revealed that the issue lay with a proxy service used by some customers. This affected some customers' devices negatively.
