    Dear Customer,
    we regret to inform you that outgoing Facebook/Instagram messages are currently not functioning from the Daktela system. The error was reported today at 2 PM and is manifested in such a way that incoming messages from Facebook pages are visible in Daktela, however, when you create an outgoing message to a user/customer, it will not reach their Messenger.
    The administration of messages directly on the Facebook website is still functional.
    The error was caused by Meta switching our applications to development mode. We have contacted Meta to switch it back to production mode.

    Dear customers. We would like to inform you that on 2. 12. 2024, between 23:10 and 23:30 CET, we will perform emergency maintenance on Daktela voice infrastructure.

    We need to perform an emergency reboot of our main voice gateway due to an urgent need to modify the system configuration. Established calls may be disconnected and voice services may be interrupted for up to 30 seconds. We apologize for the inconvenience.Thank you, your Daktela team.

    About 0:00 CET there occured outage of network connectivity to the internet due to planned work in partner's network.

    About 0:53 CET the traffic was moved to backup connectivity, since that time services should work.

    Possible impact: not available web GUI and not working WebRTC Devices

    Currently we are monitoring and investigating the issue. Another short outage might occur.

    Today between 16:06 - 16:08 and 16:35 - 16:43 we have experienced partial unavailability of Daktela cloud services. The problem was caused by human error on the side of the data service provider, when the primary and backup fiber optic data circuits were interrupted.

Outage of WebRTC device functionality

    Dear customers,

    We would like to inform you about the outage of WebRTC device functionality, that lasted from 00:00 5.11. 2024 to 08:52 5.11. 2024. This outage was caused by technical difficulties on our Donjon servers. Some endpoint devices did not register or were deregistered after the first call. We have identified and successfully resolved the issue with the encryption of communications for these devices.

    This incident is now resolved, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
