We would like to inform you that on 17th Jan 2024 between 23:00-05:00 CET we will be carrying out maintenance on the telecommunications infrastructure. The work itself will take about 20 minutes. We do not plan any downtime, but carried maintenance is classified as at risk.

We would like to inform you that on 2 January 2024, between 22:00 - 23:30 CET, we will perform maintenance on the Daktela cloud infrastructure. To avoid stability issues with our webRTC engine and GUI accessibility when customer devices change the IP address, we need to perform a software update. You may experience a short interruption of your services for up to 1 minute. During this maintenance window, calls from webRTC devices may be dropped, and access to the Daktela instance GUI may be interrupted.

If you experience problems with your webRTC device after the maintenance window has closed. We recommend switching your webRTC device off and on again.

We have to perform an urgent core router software update to avert stability issues with some of our core routers regarding MTU frame size. Time: Start at 23:00 CET - End at 03:00 CET
Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Our engineers will be upgrading our platform to improve the security of our systems and services. While the exact details of the security measures are proprietary, please be assured that this is a proactive step to protect your data and privacy.

Impact on Services:

During maintenance, our Dakela instances may be temporarily unavailable for up to 10 minutes. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption.

Action Required:
