The security of our Daktela Cloud platform is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to ensuring the safety of your data and information. In this regard, we would like to inform you about an upcoming security maintenance activity.

Maintenance Schedule:

Dates: 31.10.2023, 2.11.2023, 7.11.2023, 9.11.2023
Time: Start at 23:00 CET - End at 03:00 CET
Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Our engineers will be upgrading our platform to improve the security of our systems and services. While the exact details of the security measures are proprietary, please be assured that this is a proactive step to protect your data and privacy.

Impact on Services:

During maintenance, our Dakela instances may be temporarily unavailable for up to 10 minutes. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption.

Action Required:

To avert stability issues with some IPSec connections, we have to perform an urgent core router software update. You might face a short outage of your services for up to 1 minute. We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2023, between 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM CEST, during which we will be upgrading the backbone connectivity from 10Gbits to 100Gbits between our data centers. We anticipate a maximum downtime of 10 minutes.
