We would like to inform you about the outage of WebRTC device functionality, that lasted from 00:00 5.11. 2024 to 08:52 5.11. 2024. This outage was caused by technical difficulties on our Donjon servers. Some endpoint devices did not register or were deregistered after the first call. We have identified and successfully resolved the issue with the encryption of communications for these devices.
This incident is now resolved, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
