We would like to inform you about planned technical maintenance of our voice and SMS services for Czech mobile numbers. The maintenance will take place during the week from Monday, 27 July to Friday, 31 July 2026. This activity is part of our regular service optimization and continuous improvement of service quality.
All technical work has been scheduled exclusively during nighttime hours to minimize any impact on your normal business operations:
Maintenance window: The work will be carried out only during the night and early morning hours, always between 00:00 and 07:00.
Potential impact on services: During this nighttime period, there may be occasional very brief service limitations affecting the establishment of new voice calls or the delivery of SMS messages. Any potential impact is expected to last only a few minutes. Customers who may be directly affected by this maintenance activity have also been informed separately by email.
Normal daytime operation: During the day, all voice and SMS services for Czech mobile numbers will remain fully operational and available without any changes.
