Daktela - Notice history

We are deploying an urgent security update to Daktela instances running version 30 and higher.

When: Today, 22 October 2026, starting at 20:00 CEST. We are doing it outside usual business hours to keep the impact low.

Impact: The web interface (GUI) may be unavailable for a few minutes on each instance during the update.

We are applying this update at short notice to keep your environment secure. You do not need to do anything. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post an update here once the work is complete.

Dear customers,

We have identified a critical security vulnerability affecting components of the Daktela Contact Center platform. As a precaution, we are applying a security fix, which requires a restart of the affected services.

During the restart, you may experience a brief service interruption. We are working to keep any impact to a minimum, and we will update this page once the maintenance is complete.

We would like to inform you that on 07.10.2026 between 23:40 and 00:00 of 08.10.2026 CEST, we will perform planned maintenance on the Daktela voice infrastructure.

This maintenance is necessary to keep our voice services stable, secure and performing at the highest level.

During the maintenance window, you may experience a short interruption of voice services lasting up to approximately 5 minutes. Some calls may be dropped or fail to connect during this time. Other services, including the web interface, will not be affected.

We would like to inform you that on 16 September 2026 between 22:00 and 00:00 CEST we will perform maintenance of the Daktela cloud infrastructure.

During this window we will upgrade the firmware of our backbone routers. This upgrade addresses the cause of the network incident of Monday 14 September and improves the stability of the network layer underneath our virtualisation platform.

No impact on your services is expected and no action is required on your side.
