We have been informed by the network carrier that on Wednesday 24th May between 21:00 - 03:00 GMT their engineers will be carrying out maintenance in their Manchester data center as part of their commitment to improving the overall resilience and efficiency of the private cloud infrastructure.

We have been informed that this is low-risk work for the Telephony platform and as a result of this work we do not anticipate any disruption to voice services with this maintenance. With that being said, should you experience any issues within or around this timeframe, please do contact Daktela Support.

Dorim să vă informăm că în data de 11 Mai 2022, în intervalul orar 23:00-23:15 CEST(ora de vară a Europei Centrale), vom desfășura lucrări de mentenanță a infrastructurii de telecomunicații. Acestea reprezintă o repornire planificată a sistemului. Apelurile de ieșire nu vor putea fi inițiate în acest interval. Dorim să vă informăm că în data de 9 Mai 2022, în intervalul 00:00-04:00 CEST (ora de vară a Europei Centrale), partenerul nostru pentru servicii SMS din Polonia va efectua lucrări de mentenanță. Aceste lucrări se vor axa pe infrastructura principală în vederea îmbunătățirii serviciilor. În acest interval, pot apărea anumite dificultăți la trimiterea și primirea SMS-urilor timp de câteva minute. We hereby inform you that our Polish voice partner will be performing maintenance activity on 14th of April 2022 between 0:30-3:00 AM CEST. At mentioned time some difficulties in reaching the telecommunication network may occur. Please contact our support team in case of additional questions.

Dear All,

Please be advised that there will be emergency maintenance works being undertaken at our London Central (NLC) data centre on Monday 11th of April, starting at 22:00pm UTC, and ending on the 11th of April at 23:59pm UTC (~2 hours).

The works to be carried out in this window will include:

• Adjustments to EVPN configuration

This is a necessary action that will ensure ongoing high-quality service delivery to all customers. This action is also in part a response to our RFO dated 9th February. This is being actioned quickly and classified as emergency work due to the important and pressing nature of getting this change rolled out, following a successful test of the new system this week.

The required action(s) are only expected to last a short while during this window, and while as always we treat any maintenance window as 'at risk', there is no expected client impact expected whatsoever.

As above, please treat this window as 'at risk', however no client-facing downtime is expected.
