We would like to inform you that on 07.10.2026 between 23:40 and 00:00 of 08.10.2026 CEST, we will perform planned maintenance on the Daktela voice infrastructure.

This maintenance is necessary to keep our voice services stable, secure and performing at the highest level.

During the maintenance window, you may experience a short interruption of voice services lasting up to approximately 5 minutes. Some calls may be dropped or fail to connect during this time. Other services, including the web interface, will not be affected.

During this window we will upgrade the firmware of our backbone routers. This upgrade addresses the cause of the network incident of Monday 14 September and improves the stability of the network layer underneath our virtualisation platform.
