We just resolved the issue!

According to the information from our partner, the estimated time of solving the problem is today 13:00. We have confirmation that the outage affects only a part of Czech incoming calls. Other countries are not affected.

Our partner has now confirmed the issue is resolved. We are working alongside our partner to ensure that plans are put in place to prevent any further outages from occurring.

The carrier has now potentially stabilised the Network with outages minimised for the last 30 minutes.

Senior network engineers at the carrier are still investigating the root cause.

Senior infrastructure technicians of Daktela have discovered a problem on the part of our partner. We are in touch with our partner. Our partner already started to solve the issue. The next update we will get in the next 30 minutes.
