We have to perform an urgent replacement on the power source in one of our racks in Prague DC. We do not expect any downtime of our services as this is the redundant branch of the power source.

Dear customers.

We would like to inform you that on 14 May 2024, between 22:00 - 23:00 CEST, we will perform maintenance on the Daktela cloud infrastructure. In order to improve our webRTC engine and GUI accessibility, we need to perform a software update. You may experience a short interruption of your services for up to 1 minute. During this maintenance window, calls from webRTC devices may be dropped and access to the Daktela instance GUI may be interrupted.

If you experience problems with your webRTC device after the maintenance window has closed. We recommend switching your webRTC device off and on again.

Dear customers.

We would like to inform you that on 09.05.2024, between 22:00 - 02:00 (10.05.2024) CEST, we will perform maintenance on the Daktela cloud infrastructure. We urgently need to replace some core switches with newly configured ones. These switches have been the cause of several infrastructure incidents you have experienced over the past few months. We have reported earlier that we have identified the root cause and that the replacement with new hardware is necessary.

During this maintenance window, you may experience some short interruptions to your services, typically up to 10 seconds. This may result in call clarity issues or dropped calls, as well as the unavailability of the Daktela GUI.

The technicians will update the status page as soon as the maintenance is completed. We do not anticipate any problems during this task. In the event of any unforeseen problems, the new hardware will be disconnected and we will revert to the original setup. In this case, the maintenance will be rescheduled and we will inform you.

We urgently need to replace a faulty power source in one of our backup core routers. We do not expect any impact on our services. If you have any further questions or if you experience problems for more than 5 minutes at a time during this period, please contact our support team.

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that on 04.04.2024, between 22:00 and 23:30 CEST, we will perform urgent network testing to verify the functionality of switching network operations between our data centres for disaster recovery purposes.

During this test, we will migrate some network traffic from the primary data center to the secondary data center using a previously defined procedure.

Customer services will not be affected.
